NAME
       cPanel::PublicAPI::Utils - Provides some internally used utility functions for
       cPanel::PublicAPI, should never be used externally.

Subroutines
   remove_trailing_newline()
       Removes the training newline from the provided string

   get_string_with_collapsed_trailing_eols
       Takes an array or array of arrays and puts them into a newline-seperated string.
